missingWrote a review on 10 Deccomfortable king suitefriendly staffsour milkroom cleaning issue
The hotel offered a nice king suite with a kitchenette, and the location was great near downtown. While there were issues like sour milk during breakfast and no room cleaning throughout my stay, the friendly staff and comfortable room made it worthwhile.

The dishwasher in our room was completely nonfunctional, which was incredibly frustrating since we had planned on using it. To make matters worse, the microwave wouldn't even open without scraping against the cabinet above it. We had to request our room be cleaned, but it never happened during our five-night stay, leaving us with a pile of dirty towels at checkout. This was beyond disappointing.

We stayed here for 5 nights in a King Suite with a sofa bed and loved how close we were to the stunning views at Herbert Holt Park, just a short 500-meter walk away, as well as the famous Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, which was almost 2 km from our hotel and made for a great day trip. however, the shower water pressure could have been better.

Great spot for families!
The queen suite was perfect for our family of five, and the kids loved having the sofa bed. The kitchen was super handy for late-night snacks. We did wish the breakfast options were a bit better, though. Overall, a solid choice for families!

Friendly and attentive staff contributed to a pleasant experience. The Queen Suite was well-equipped, featuring dishes and a dishwasher, making meal prep easy during the short stay. However, the breakfast service wasn’t available during my visit, and the hotel was slightly further from main attractions than expected, resulting in additional parking costs. Notably, the proximity to good dining options mitigated some of the inconvenience.
